This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a boutique consulting firm. We are looking for talented individuals who can work closely with senior executives and take ownership of projects.

We deliver exceptional results by developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, collaborating with our clients' c-suite teams, and providing expert financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workflows or lead small projects
  • Develop and implement strategic business models and analyses
  • Collaborate with senior team members to structure problems, define analysis, and create strategic plans
  • Collect, research, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform complex strategic decisions
  • Facilitate client and stakeholder interviews, workshops, and other engagements where direct communication is necessary

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • A relevant bachelor's degree
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver accurate solutions
  • Experience in financial modeling to deliver accurate results
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to work well in a team
