About the PositionThis is a true generalist role with a strong focus on supporting employees and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic initiatives across the firm.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment, contributing to employee engagement, retention, and growth while helping shape a values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges, support career development and enhance engagement and retention.
- Provide operational advice on matters including performance management, conduct, and employee relations.
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations, and engagement surveys.
- Collaborate on projects and change management activities.
- Champion inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis.
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities by running end-to-end recruitment processes, attending early careers events, and facilitating assessment centres.
We are looking for a candidate with 2-3+ years' experience in a similar generalist HR role.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field are desirable.
You should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices processes is required.
You should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
Workday experience is advantageous.
