
Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Employee Experience Professional to assume a key role in our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the onboarding process, including IT equipment setup and system access.
- Welcoming new hires, providing necessary equipment, and guiding them through our systems.
- Conducting comprehensive induction sessions for new employees.
- Providing expert advice on recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, learning and development, and compliance.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant recruitment and employee records.
- Prioritizing professional boundaries and employee wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with HR Systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent personal attributes, including optimism, resilience, and flexibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices across recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development, as well as relevant legislation.
- Sound experience in providing accurate HR advice.
- Highly developed relationship building and communication skills (verbal and written), with high emotional intelligence.
In addition, the successful candidate must:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment.
