Job Overview:

The Case Support team plays a vital role in providing assistance and support to employees and managers on various people-related matters, including employee relations, HR policy, performance management, workers compensation, return-to-work initiatives, and Code of Conduct investigations.

This involves responding to enquiries, preparing confidential documentation, maintaining electronic records, assisting with workstation assessments, and contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
