We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane.

This role will involve providing top-notch desktop support services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless networking and communication within the organization.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and efficient desktop support for all end users within the organization
  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Manage active directory operations, including user account maintenance, password resets, and permission updates
  • Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades
  • Support network connectivity, ensuring stable and secure access for all devices linked within the organization network

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires an individual with strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows OS troubleshooting, active directory management, Microsoft Office 365 support, remote desktop tools, network connectivity troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics and repair, asset management, imaging and reimaging.

You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
