Your role
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Digital Case File (DCF) across courts and tribunals throughout New South Wales. The role of Program Manager ensures the program is delivered in alignment with strategic objectives, agreed outcomes, and organisational standards.
What you'll do
As part of the Digital Case File (DCF) team, you will work closely with other DCF Program resources and the DCF project teams to ensure coordinated delivery, benefit realisation and continuous improvement.
• You'll lead and manage the implementation of the DCF program in alignment with strategic objectives, agreed outcomes and organisational standards.
• Lead the delivery of program-level governance, assurance activities, and management of inter/intra program dependencies.
• Navigate diverse and sometimes conflicting priorities to ensure the program and projects deliver agreed outcomes and benefits.
What we're looking for
• Lead and manage the strategic impact of digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies on service delivery, workforce capability, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of program-level risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Translate the overarching program vision into clear, actionable plans, ensuring alignment and coordinated execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Champion change management and continuous improvement to enhance program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
