About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Brand and Digital Designer to redefine how we represent and communicate intricate quantum concepts. As a key member of our design team, you'll lead the conceptualization and execution of design solutions, contributing to the evolution of our brand and setting the standard for the emerging industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing compelling designs across brand, digital, web, and print, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values and identity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles into our brand, marketing, and products.
  • Overseeing design projects, managing stakeholders, and solving problems efficiently to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a cohesive visual language, focusing on brand expression, consistency, and efficiency in our design workflows.
  • Championing a culture of design excellence, guiding fellow designers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
