About the Role

The NSW Health Education and Training Institute is seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our Digital Learning Experience Design team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing digital learning products that enable learners in the NSW Health workforce to acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies that improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and design interactive digital learning products that meet learning outcomes and performance needs of the NSW Health workforce.
  • Undertake scoping of learning needs in consultation with subject matter experts and perform detailed instructional design of each learning solution.
  • Provide expert advice on best practice digital learning methods to develop fit-for-purpose, contemporary learning solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development of digital learning products.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
