About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional graphic design and visual identity for Ray White.

The Team

Our team is a close-knit group of 20 marketing and project specialists who work together to drive the brand, social media, and content, PR and media, and internal communications for Ray White. We are a dynamic and agile team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Responsibilities
  • Develop briefs from concept to completion, working closely with in-house designers, developers, and freelancers as required.
  • Lead projects and deliver all Ray White marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Champion the Ray White style guides, ensuring they are up-to-date and developed for new channels.
  • Understand and work with the templating structure of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Be responsible for briefing and design studio processes, meticulous filing of all jobs, and consistent communication with team members.
  • Contribute to brainstorm meetings for brand and project development, suggesting ways to improve processes and job outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years client or agency side design/studio experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CC, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the print process and experience in digital design, including banners, eDMs, and social media content.
  • Video editing skills preferred, basic experience a plus.
