About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our in-house creative agency at Employment Hero. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop storyboards and animations that drive engagement and action.
  • Edit impactful video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead the development of our brand's motion design system, ensuring consistency and quality across global teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and agencies worldwide to execute cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and ownership.
  • Present your vision and ideas to stakeholders, demonstrating the value of design and integrating feedback to refine your work.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our designs are innovative and groundbreaking.
  • Adhere to best-practice production processes, optimize time management, and contribute to enhancing workflows.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in motion design, with a track record of delivering high-impact, brand-aligned content.
  • Exceptional skills in motion graphics and video editing, with a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of design/animation principles.
  • Expertise in Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software, with familiarity with AI-driven design.
  • Ability to edit music and integrate sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating animation for digital experiences.
  • Deep understanding of media platforms like TVC, OOH, Paid Social, and Organic Social, delivering impactful creative quickly and at scale.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into visually stunning and effective creative solutions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
