We are seeking an Administration professional to join our team in Macquarie Park location.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, updating and maintaining claims, discrepancies and dispute files. They will also manage a high volume of daily discrepancies and disputes, ensuring thorough investigations are followed through for raised discrepancies and resolving them until final settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, investigating and resolving ATM/Commercial claims, discrepancies and card holder disputes.
- Communicating and following up with internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies within given SLAs.
- Assisting in identifying systems failures, non-compliances and recommending procedural changes to mitigate operational risk and ensure employee and business compliance.
- Managing monthly meetings with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administrative, analytical, problem-solving and data integrity skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and manage high workload within a given timeframe.
- Advanced communication skills.
- High interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism with ability to manage sensitive information and issues appropriately.
- Intermediate to proficient MS office capabilities.
About This Role:
- This is a 6 month contract role with strong possibility to go permanent.
- Full time office position with flexibility to work from home if successful for permanent.
