We are seeking a professional with experience in managing and administering cloud-based marketing platforms. This role requires expertise in maintaining and documenting configuration and operational processes, as well as supporting integration between different systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage cloud-based instances in a day-to-day capacity.
  • Support the integration of multiple systems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level administration and management of our marketing cloud solutions. They will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing cloud-based instances, including maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in managing cloud-based marketing platforms.
  • Expertise in cloud configuration, data extensions, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how they are managed across platforms.
