Guzman y Gomez is a Mexican food experience driven by authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As our Senior Cook, you will be at the heart of our mission.
Job Description
As a key member of our kitchen team, your responsibilities will include aiding in the training and growth of junior staff members. You will also provide support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably as a leader or developer within a kitchen setting. A Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience is also desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
