Behaviour Support Professional in Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Outer Eastern Melbourne. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants and contribute to their growth and development.
About the Role
- You will work with diverse clients, developing and implementing behaviour support plans that maximise their potential.
- Collaborate with our team to address complex behavioural challenges and create positive outcomes for our clients.
- Utilise your skills and expertise to assess and intervene in behaviour, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.
- Your role will involve working closely with clients, families, and carers to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field).
- You must be deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
