About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Training and Upskilling: Identifying and managing candidate training needs, coordinating induction schedules, and ensuring staff are well-prepared to perform their roles.
  • Talent Acquisition: Providing the branch team with advice on candidate placements, undertaking recruitment activities, and conducting site visits when required.
  • Onsite Training: Delivering onsite support and training for candidates, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment at the HOBAN DDC.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in delivering training, especially in the warehousing and manufacturing industries.
  • Forklift license with a minimum 2-years high reach experience and the ability to train this skillset.
  • Certificate 4 in Training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
