Job Title: Senior Logistics Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our logistics supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and negotiation plans for logistics spend.
  • Lead tenders/RFPs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and communicate outcomes.
  • Support commercial teams with pricing for tenders.
  • Contribute to working capital targets and ensure correct purchasing channels.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute and communicate global procurement contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements and KPIs.
  • Promote adherence to procurement, financial, and legal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role within the logistics warehousing/transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Project Management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using SAP, Advanced Excel, and Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
