About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker in the Dandenong area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to help our customers maintain their independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and emotional well-being.

What We Look for in a Care Worker
  • You are passionate about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You are able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
