About the RoleAs a Personal Care Attendant with Workforce Extensions, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Supporting residents with mobility and manual handling
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Aged care experience (highly regarded)
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (or similar) or be working towards nursing certification
- Manual handling certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Current COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care
