Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments, including identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepuncture
- Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service
- Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures
- Accurate documentation of results in eHealth record
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory)
- 2-3 years phlebotomy experience is essential
- Paediatrics venepuncture is desirable
- Experience working with people of multi-cultural background
- Excellent customer service skills
