Strategic Sustainability Leader

This strategic role shapes sustainability and safety across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities- Establish the SHEQ roadmap, aligned with Nespresso's Continuous Excellence framework.
- Lead a team of three, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations, ensuring full regulatory and internal alignment.
- Drive innovative B2B/B2C recycling programs, reducing waste, and supporting net zero ambitions.
- BUILD capability & resilience by delivering engaging training, leading audits, and strengthening crisis and continuity planning.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials preferred.
- Proven experience in SHEQ systems, profit and loss management, and cross-functional leadership.
This role requires travel to sites across Australia and New Zealand, with autonomy to manage your schedule while staying connected to regional teams.
