Workplace Advisory Specialist

The Workplace Advisory Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the work environment of an organization. Key to success in this role is the ability to design and implement a range of workplace initiatives, including high-level complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination of services.

This position requires regular collaboration with key stakeholders, including internal support teams, customers, and affiliate businesses. The ideal candidate will be expected to work proactively to identify solutions and opportunities to effect positive personal and workplace improvements.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks. Essential qualifications include: Psychology or Mental Health Social Work degree; current registration with AHPRA or membership with AASW; broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues.

The successful candidate will have experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma-informed intervention, as well as strong leadership and management skills. They will be able to analyse and interpret data and key trends, report writing, and program design skills are highly valued.
