We provide highly-trained staff across various roles, including Housekeeping, Rooms, and Public Areas.



About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in Canberra - ACT. This part-time role is critical to the success of our hotel operation.



About You


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent interaction skills for both guests and hotel team members.



You must be available to work a rotating roster when required and possess full Australian working rights. Excellent grooming and presentation are also essential.



Key Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will have:



  • Proven effective inter-departmental relationships with previous hotel teams, including General Manager, front office, and Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, driving performance and productivity within the team.
  • Excellent staff management, including training, development, rostering, work allocation, and performance improvement.
  • A strong ability to maintain standard operating procedures and adhere to client requirements.
  • Experience in leading workplace safety and adhering to policies of the client and LUXXE.
  • A hands-on approach in conducting daily room inspections to ensure duties are completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.


Benefits


This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from comprehensive training programs and a positive, supportive work culture.
