This position presents a fantastic chance to become an Assistant Manager with ALH, leading a high-performing team and contributing to the hotel's continued success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless hotel management, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting, rostering, and assisting guests.
  • Bring your passion for good food and memorable moments for our guests, driving business growth through innovative ideas.

Your Requirements:

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably across food, bars, and gaming, equips you for this role.
  • The ability to lead, develop, and coach a diverse team is essential.
  • Operational expertise to achieve financial and business targets is crucial.
  • Strong customer service skills ensure a world-class experience for our patrons.
  • RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications are necessary; we can assist you in obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager license.
