Lead Generation and Performance Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Generation and Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital demand engine. This is a high-growth, hands-on role ideal for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive real, measurable impact on revenue. Key responsibilities include generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates for project launches and off-the-plan sales, and managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to orchestrate segmentation, journeys, and attribution.

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Develop and execute campaign roadmaps to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximize ROI
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in performance marketing within property/real estate or other high-consideration categories
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong expertise in CRO, segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle automation
