Performance Marketing Specialist

An opportunity has become available for a motivated **_Full-Time_** **_Performance Marketing Specialist _**to join our head office team based in beautiful Burleigh Heads.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will work collaboratively with the wider marketing team specialising in advertising performance and analytics. In this role you will have a deliver a performance-based approach to plan and implement innovative multi-channel digital strategy in order to drive global showroom appointment bookings and sales growth

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing specialist who has strong proven experience in Paid Performance Advertising looking to grow their skillset working with a global brand

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage the delivery and performance of all in-house advertising strategies (**Meta, Google, Google Analytics, Pinterest, Yelp and Tik Tok)**:

- Conduct research on markets, competitors, new technology, and industry trends and report on findings
- Brainstorm and research new innovative brand growth and sales strategies with Digital Marketing Manager
- Create and manage the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across web, search engine marketing, social media, display advertising, youtube advertising and shopping campaigns
- Perform multi-variant split testing on ad campaigns to determine winning ad creative and copy
- Write and implement compelling copy for all advertising channels with a key focus on localisation
- Support the PR team with delivery of 3rd party advertising strategies and directory listings
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and analyse campaign budgets, structuring campaigns to achieve lead and bookings targets
- Manage monthly advertising spend in conjunction with Digital Marketing Manager and report on ROI of all budget utilized
- Manage all catalogue integrations to reflect true representation of product information on product XML feeds
- Resolve technical issues pertaining to campaign and tracking set up (Google Tag Manager, XML Feed, UTM parameters etc).
- Brief in ad campaign artwork to graphic designers
- Collaborate with the Creative team and provide weekly data, performance insights and recommendations on channel performance
- Conduct frequent advertising audits and report on ROI
- Assist in crafting and coordinate the execution of marketing plans for product launches, showroom launches and always on campaigns
- Work with Creative team to ensure all content used in advertising has appropriate usage rights needed
- House and manage advertising content in libraries working with the Graphic Designers

**Essential Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar Specialist role
- Bachelors degree in marketing/business or similar field
- Have a solid understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and PPC best practices
- Experience in managing Google Ad accounts with large ad spends
- Experience in paid social advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with SEM and keyword research tools
- Ability to find and communicate meaningful insights from **Google Analytics**
- Ability to write creative copy and has a keen creative eye
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to inspire others and work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to effectively contribute to brainstorming and other idea generation activities

- Experience in Fashion and or Luxury Retail industry would be beneficial.
