Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse.

This role involves working across multiple clinical settings, including medical and surgical wards, as well as at our Royal Park Campus. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative culture that values strong teamwork within nursing teams and multidisciplinary groups.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Work effectively in medical and surgical wards, as well as at our Royal Park Campus.
  • Maintain accountability for patient safety, quality, and risk while contributing to broader organisational quality and safety initiatives.
  • Perform nursing procedures and interventions in line with Royal Melbourne Hospital's clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years acute nursing experience.
  • Experience in both medical and surgical nursing settings.
  • Ability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster, including AM, PM, and night duty shifts.
  • Willingness to work across a range of clinical areas and specialties.
