Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team at a premier retirement village in Highett.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care according to care plans under the guidance and direction of a registered nurse.
- Consult with residents and their families.
- Assist the registered nurse in providing supervision and guidance to care staff.
- Support the clinical manager and provide personal care for a maximum of 4 residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 6 months of aged care experience is required.
- Previous experience in home care packages and/or community services is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage rosters effectively.
- Sound clinical skills, particularly around emergency management.
