About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President to lead our consulting operations in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our consulting practice, driving revenue growth, and delivering high-quality client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Consulting P&L and drive bookings, revenue, operating income, and utilization as key KPIs.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of professional services sales and delivery experts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the region, aligning with company goals and client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within our Fortune 500 client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and expansion.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Professional Services and Delivery.
  • A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the software or technology industry in APAC.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in revenue growth and client relationship management.
  • A strategic mindset and a track record of achieving business objectives.
