Job Title: Business Support Specialist

This role is accountable for providing customer service, administrative and operational support to our business area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely responses and effective client interaction in relation to student enquiries
  • Process student enrolments, transfers and withdrawals, as well as following up on student absenteeism
  • Coordinate and follow up on student enrolment enquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions
  • Provide support in the use of procurement and reconciliation finance systems including invoicing and purchase orders
  • Provide assistance with meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role.
