As a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the provision of high levels of safety, reliability, security and presentation to customers and regulatory authorities.
- Perform aircraft maintenance for aircraft under supervision of licensed engineers or managers.
- Monitor third party suppliers' performance and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance for station ground equipment, vehicles, systems and facilities.
- Support contingency plans and ad hoc operational requirements such as diversions, charters, and major disruption recovery.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with local occupational health & safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance/Engineering and experience with wide-body aircraft types including B787, B777, A350, A330, A380 and B747-8 Freighter aircrafts.
Essential skills include excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and high level accuracy, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and proven ability to operate effectively with limited information and working independently without supervision.
