Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to provide on-site oversight of maintenance performed on covered aircraft. This includes making recommendations for cost-effective repair options while ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site oversight of maintenance performed on covered aircraft
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage and warranty
  • Recommend cost-effective repair options while ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Review and process invoices for maintenance and repairs
  • Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes
  • Ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and control associated costs
  • Analyze expense elements to identify areas for cost savings
  • Coordinate with support personnel to ensure proper level of customer support

Requirements:

  • FAA A&P license required
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing position with proven communication skills
  • Solid understanding of business principles and ability to make sound financial decisions
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aviation Management experience
  • BS degree in Aviation-related studies
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
