Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Property Portfolio Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and driving growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments, and working closely with the team to carry out routine property inspections and debtor management.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You will also have a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not necessary) and a current driver's license.
