">Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and generating growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current & future needs
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for clients' investments
  • Conducting routine property inspections and managing debtor accounts
  • Preparing necessary documents for landlords and tenants
  • Working collaboratively with the team to explore innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities at field days and community events
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • A current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred) and current driver's licence
  • The ability to work as a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Resourcefulness, forward thinking and an embrace of technology
