Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current and future needs
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and debtor management
  • Preparing necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Working with the team to explore new innovative opportunities

About You:

  • Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not necessary) and current driver's license
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organized with good time management skills
  • Be resourceful, forward-thinking and embrace technology
