We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can take charge of a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities.

About the role

We aim to find an exceptional Property Manager to manage a diverse range of properties and maximise their value by fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients to understand their current and future needs
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities for property investment and growth
  • Work collaboratively with the team to conduct regular property inspections, debtor management, and other administrative tasks
  • Prepare necessary documents for landlords and tenants, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Support clients in exploring innovative opportunities through partnerships with the Elders network
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote properties and attract new clients through events and marketing initiatives

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • A current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not essential) and a valid driver's license
  • An eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A passion for technology and embracing new tools and systems to improve efficiency
