Job Title: Property Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Property Manager.

Our Portfolio Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to understand their current & future needs
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
  • Carry out routine property inspections and debtor management in collaboration with the team
  • Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Collaborate with our team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities

Requirements:

  • Possess a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not necessary)
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Be resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
