**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Support Liaison to join our team. This role will provide exceptional customer service, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate records.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and act as the first point of contact
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner
- Process payments and respond to incoming emails from clients and care providers
- Maintain client records and manage the appointment diary
- Assist with closing down and covering the hydrotherapy pool at the end of some shifts (training provided)
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in a medical support role is highly desirable
