ServiceNow Platform Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Systems Engineer to join our team. As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and reliability of our clients' ServiceNow platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow configurations to meet client requirements, adhering to ITIL processes and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintain the security posture of the platform to meet or exceed Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 compliance standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of CMDB and ITIL processes, as well as an understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and role-based access control. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a development or engineering role.
