ServiceNow Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow platform specialist to collaborate with our cross-functional teams and assist in the development and delivery of innovative solutions required for our business objectives.

This role involves providing expert guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, developing and maintaining high-quality solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the ability to develop innovative solutions and form sound judgments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to best fit business needs.
  • Assess platform requirements from business areas; explore/research/test ServiceNow out-of-the-box capability before progressing with custom builds.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code when required (JavaScript).
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development essential.
  • Minimum ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) essential.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

This role is based on-site and requires an initial 6-month contract. It is an essential requirement that you hold an active NV1 Security Clearance.
