Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Systems Engineer to join our team in Canberra.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology platform and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

  • To be successful in this position, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a development or engineering role.
  • You should possess knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITIL processes, as well as understanding of ServiceNow security best practices, role-based access control, and ISM security compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the security posture of the platform to meet or exceed the Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 compliance standards.
