About this role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.

You will contribute to the execution of our National Product Roadmap by analyzing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Partnering with technical teams, you will ensure that business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions.

Facilitating alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration, you will validate priorities and proposed changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Work with stakeholders to define and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
  • Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the execution of our National Product Roadmap by analyzing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Solution Development: Partner with technical teams to ensure that business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions.
  • Alignment Facilitation: Facilitate alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst across both discovery and delivery phases.
  • Strong skills in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Experience working on digital product initiatives, particularly those involving automations and integrations that improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Agile or hybrid environment experience, with exposure to sprint planning, backlog refinement or iterative delivery practices.
