Overview

Robert Walters have partnered exclusively with an industry leading client looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business System Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting and managing systems. We are looking for an organized and results-driven individual with highly strategic communication skills and able to think creatively with enthusiasm and engage with stakeholders, whilst supporting our client's strategy. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to both users and team members, covering all aspects of the systems the team supports, whilst maintaining support, development, testing and implementation of enhancements.

In the Business Systems Team, your priority is to ensure both users and other team members are supported throughout all aspects of the systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of system improvements and business process enhancements.
  • Ensure best practice with stock management, maintenance planning and production systems and they meet business needs.
  • Must have experience with InspHire Corporate.
  • Assist in developing strategies for system integration and process automation to improve business efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other technologies to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure business systems are aligned with the organization's overall strategic goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience supporting and managing business systems.
  • Must have experience with InspHire Corporate.
