Job Overview

Norma's is a leading food and beverage retailer offering a diverse range of products and services to meet the evolving needs of customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing produce sales, and developing relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on produce sales, making recommendations to senior leadership as needed.
  • Update retail offerings in line with seasonal changes and restaurant menus.
  • Engage with customers, sharing knowledge and expertise to make recommendations.
  • Manage stock of grocery, charcuterie, and alcohol areas.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to access high-quality products.
  • Roster retail space effectively.
  • Monitor packaging and consumables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of front-of-house experience.
  • Interest in visual merchandising.
  • Possession of exceptional knowledge of cheese, meats, and wine.
  • Knowledge of current food and wine trends.
  • Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to interact and build rapport with guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Environment

This role requires working various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
