In this pivotal role, you will lead marketing initiatives, foster strong retailer relationships, and drive commercial outcomes that enhance the value and performance of the centre. Working closely with national and regional teams, you'll execute brand campaigns, digital activations, and localised marketing strategies that support retailer success and improve customer experience.

Please note this a 12month fixed term contract ending 7th August 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and execute the centre's marketing and brand strategy in alignment with the Vision Strategy Action Plan (VSA).
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, supporting business growth through tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage campaigns, activations, and events that drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Oversee retailer communications, onboarding, and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain high presentation standards and improve centre operations.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and financial processes, including marketing spend and retail media income opportunities.
  • Leverage data, insights, and customer research to inform strategy and measure ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven marketing experience in retail, property, or brand environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with retailers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of consumer insights, marketing frameworks, and digital channels.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related field (desirable).
