Experience Curator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and exuberant individual with a passion for curating diverse and authentic experiences for our guests.

  • Curate daily restaurant operations, managing guest enquiries, activations, reporting and administration.
  • Work closely with the hotel marketing team to create or modify menu designs, templates and collaterals.
  • Assist leadership in day-to-day tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all phones are managed professionally according to brand guidelines.
  • Anticipate and meet guest service needs, asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to preferences.
  • Maintain presence in front of house areas and build relationships with talent and clients.
  • Verify reservation information and enter bookings into software systems.
  • Accommodate and document special requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Explain policies to callers and answer questions about venues.
  • Coordinate group reservations and private events.
  • Foster revenue growth through sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft office skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of software applications such as Sevenrooms and OPERA.
