We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Regional Senior Sales Manager in the ANZ region. If you have experience in B2B sales management and a strong knowledge of the CE industry, we'd love to hear from you
Job Description- Create detailed annual business growth plans for the ANZ region, aligning with the company's global strategy.
- IDentify new business opportunities within the region and develop strategies to address them.
- Achieve revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives for the ANZ region.
- Set sales targets for key accounts on an annual basis.
- Establish a cost-to-serve budget for the ANZ region, focusing on sales support activities.
- Ensure effective product launch plans are developed and executed at key account level.
- Evaluate key account performance and provide guidance to KAMs where necessary.
- Publish monthly sales forecasts through the S&OP process.
- Lead strategic meetings in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive account management using an enterprise selling model approach.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
