We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Regional Senior Sales Manager in the ANZ region. If you have experience in B2B sales management and a strong knowledge of the CE industry, we'd love to hear from you

Job Description
  • Create detailed annual business growth plans for the ANZ region, aligning with the company's global strategy.
  • IDentify new business opportunities within the region and develop strategies to address them.
  • Achieve revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives for the ANZ region.
  • Set sales targets for key accounts on an annual basis.
  • Establish a cost-to-serve budget for the ANZ region, focusing on sales support activities.
  • Ensure effective product launch plans are developed and executed at key account level.
  • Evaluate key account performance and provide guidance to KAMs where necessary.
  • Publish monthly sales forecasts through the S&OP process.
  • Lead strategic meetings in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account management using an enterprise selling model approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
