Role Overview:

As a Regional Operations Manager with Ingenia Communities, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage multiple Lifestyle Communities across Queensland, driving positive resident experiences and staff engagement. About the Role:

  • Drive profit performance for the portfolio and ensure enhancement of the capital value of assets under management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and develop new communities, including sales, development, marketing, design, and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage operational assets, drive business growth, and optimize resident experiences.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, focusing on employee experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, enhancing the capital value of assets under management.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, local stakeholders, and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple sites.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retirement living sector, with expertise in resident experience and employee engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
