Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a fun and inclusive store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of LUSH products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by being approachable, friendly, and respectful to all customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience.
