Forex Account Manager Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Forex Account Manager.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, identifying and generating client pipelines through strong sales skills, and building and nurturing relationships with new clients for long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth:
    • Assist in promoting and selling our company's products and services
    • Identify and generate client pipelines through strong sales skills
    • Build and nurture relationships with new clients for long-term partnerships
  • Client Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
    • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues effectively
  • Performance and Goal Orientation:
    • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Expand knowledge about markets, FX industry, and our company's platforms and products
    • Strive to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
  • Previous exposure to customer-focused environments advantageous
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian
