Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to the production of quality food products. Our mission is to provide consumers with safe and healthy food options that meet their needs.This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our Distribution Centre (DC) team, you will play a crucial role in implementing quality and compliance strategies to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to internal systems to enhance quality performance
  • Serve as the primary contact for all site audits
  • Guarantee timely completion and analysis of monthly Quality and Compliance KPI's
  • Liaise with logistics and production networks to maintain consistency and transparency in quality management procedures
  • Participate in relevant risk assessments and quality processes monitoring pest management systems
  • Maintain compliance with Nestle quality processes
  • Provide guidance and support to team members with quality issues on site
  • Support Corporate QA initiatives to improve pallet quality on site
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle Standard and Internal Process System requirements
  • Raise ISS work orders for quality and compliance purposes
RequirementsA diploma qualification in Quality/Safety or related field of study is necessary. Some experience as a SHE/Quality specialist is also required.
